Swimming is one of the best exercises, not only because it is a full body workout, but because it’s also a workout that can be continued regardless of age and health.

I have over 20 years of competitive swim experience and have been teaching and coaching swimming for over ten years. My goal is to help people learn how to effectively become swimmers for life – no more senselessly splashing around or just spending all your time leisurely swimming but going no where. I will create workouts, give diet tips, and share my own experiences with the wonderful sport with you all.
